Eden 11:13e“We had the 7/8/9s come and do Wednesday tradition. We played with the blocks and other stuff.”

Bella 11:13b“We made squash bread. It was awesome. We had fun.”

Knox 11:13“We builded with the 7/8/9s and we used counting bears to pretend there were people.”

Thome 11:13t“The 7/8/9s and the 5/6s and 6/7s have a new tradition.”

Adeline 11:13a“I drew Martha from the Food Cupboard at The Downtown School.”

Colby 11:13c“They use a big truck to move the food to the building.



To provide our students with a wider range of peer interactions, new opportunities for collaboration, and to offer additional learning opportunities that honor the individuality of each students academic and social-emotional development, Sami and I have committed one hour of each Wednesday morning to a combined upper grades Work-Time. This new tradition will include a combination of open work-time and teacher-lead mathematics & literacy workshops. Below are a few images from this past Wednesday.
