The Museum of 100!

CELEBRATING 100 DAYS TOGETHER!

WOW! What an exciting day! We celebrated 100 days of school together with so many amazing projects and performances. The 7/8/9s worked SO hard on their 100th day projects and it was wonderful to come together with the 5/6s & 6/7s to organize and share our beautiful Museum of 100!

Cian made a painting of TDS and then wrote “The Downtown School” in 100 straws

Chloe used 10 different shapes of sequins to create and 100 sequin collage.

Cian made 10 groups of stars each in a white cloud.

Nathaniel made a man out of beans. There are 100 of each type of bean.

Will and Cian worked together to create 100 character cards called the “Will-a-Cians”

Will and Matthew each created a sculpture out of 100 snap cubes!

Matthew made 10 lego structures each with 10 lego bricks! That’s 100 legos!

Kelley and Nathaniel worked on this 100 marble chain by making 100 clay marbles and then turning them into beads. There are 20 colors and 5 of each color!

Here’s Matthew’s 100 block building!

Nathaniel and Kelley each made a 100 bead necklace with 10 beads of each color.

Noah and Matthew worked together to create 100 character cards called “War Cards”.

Noah collaged together 100 pieces of masking tape. There are 25 pieces of each color.

Chloe made a 100 inch long finger knit chain!

Will’s 100 poster has 100 “action lines” 50 blue and 50 black.

Will also AMAZED us all by performing 100 sit ups! Nathaniel helped him out with some moral support! What a great way to end our time in the Museum of 100!
