GEOPOLOPOLIS

We paved the roads and cut the ribbon for Geopolopolis this week and boy, oh, boy have we had a blast playing out all kinds of life experience situations, imagining the lives of the people of our community, and building anything and everything imaginable to make Geopolopolis a great place to live. In fact, we have had so much fun that we have decided to write a play all about it!

As Ruth described it, “Our town is starting to look like a real community. [Ruth] could buy food from Thome’s restaurant to put in the hospital or [she] could go to Eden’s store for food. If there is an accident, Knox and [Ruth] can go and make sure everyone is ok and that there isn’t a fire and Colby can clear the roads to make them safe. If someone robs Thome’s restaurant, the police can come running down the stairs to find out who the robber was. We can get books to read from the Bella’s library. Addy’s school and the library help children to learn. The park supports our community by having fresh air and giving the children a place to play. Trees support the air and make the air fresh.”
